This is to inform you of scheduled Power Distribution Unit (PDU) maintenance at our Frankfurt data center. Please note that servers hosted at this facility will be OFFLINE for the entire duration of this window.
Maintenance Window:
* Date: Friday, 22 May 2026
* Time (IST): 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
* Time (UTC): 08:00 – 09:00
* Time (CEST): 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
* Expected Downtime: Up to 1 hour
* Location: Frankfurt Data Center
Impact:
All services hosted on Frankfurt infrastructure — including websites, email, databases, and control panel access — will be unreachable during this window. Services will automatically resume once power is restored and systems complete their startup sequence.
Why daytime?
This maintenance requires on-site certified electricians to safely perform PDU-level electrical work. Such personnel are only available during standard business hours and cannot be scheduled for late-night or off-peak windows. We have chosen the earliest available weekday slot to minimize disruption while ensuring the work is performed safely and to standard.
What you should do:
* Plan around the downtime if you have time-sensitive operations scheduled in this window.
* No action is required for services to come back online — recovery is automatic.
