Hello,

UPDATE The Data Centre provider Incident Management Team are still investigating an onsite core network issue. We will update you once we have any further information to provide.

Dear Customer, We are currently experiencing a Network related issue at our Nottingham Data Center that is affecting the availability of some services. Our teams are investigating and working to restore normal operation as quickly as possible. Further updates will be shared here as they become available. Regards, Support team.

  • We’ve been informed that the issue has been identified as a core network problem at the Nottingham Data Centre. The DC team is currently investigating to pinpoint the root cause and working toward resolution and we’ll update once a clearer resolution timeline is provided.
